Shipping Within the USA

We currently offer standard shipping only within the United States. At this time, express shipping is not available.

Delivery Time: 4–7 working days, which includes:

Fulfillment Time: 2 working days (for orders between 1–10 products)
Shipping Time: 2–5 working days, depending on location

Orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center, ensuring consistent delivery times across all states.

Shipping Costs are calculated based on the total package weight:

Starting from $4.75 for packages under 0.5 lbs
Up to $90.00 for large orders between 30–50 kg

Shipping Within Europe

We ship to all EU countries listed below, using both standard and express shipping services via our European fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping Times by Country

Belgium – 4 working days
Germany – 5 working days
France – 6 working days
Spain – 8 working days
Portugal – 9 working days
Other EU countries – 5–9 working days on average

We currently only ship to mainland addresses within the following Europian countries:

Express Shipping

1 working day delivery is available for all EU countries.

Total delivery time = Fulfillment Time (2 working days) + Shipping Time (per country)

Shipping Costs (calculated by weight):

From €6.48 for standard shipping (under 2 kg)
From €15.05 for express shipping (under 0.5 kg)

Order Tracking Process:

Once orders are placed, we handle fulfillment and packaging
Orders are shipped from our US or European fulfillment centers
You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships

Tracking Support:

Tracking is straightforward and provides transparency throughout shipping
If packages don't arrive, customers can check with local post stations, pickup points, or courier services (DPD, DHL, etc.)

This covers both the USA and Europe since we ship from local fulfillment centers in both regions.
